Job summary

Cribl is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to shape the future of observability data analysis and AI-powered features within Cribl products. You will work with a skilled team to design, prototype, and deploy AI integrations that solve real customer problems.

Join Cribl’s remote-first culture and collaborate across backend and frontend while leveraging LLMs, ML models, and modern ML ops practices. This role requires 6+ years in AI/ML and strong TS/JS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to problem solve from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives.
• Prior experience in contributing to products that have gained significant user traction or scaled to a large user base.
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Experience with ML Ops.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and either Node or React.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Work across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs and ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl's core products to solve real customer problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Collaborate on fine-tuning models, Prompt Engineering, and Inference Platforms.
• Handle stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
