Cribl is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer to shape the future of observability data analytics. You will prototype AI features with product engineers, collaborate across backend and frontend, and integrate AI into Cribl core products to solve real customer problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to problem solve from first principles and keep focus on objectives.
• Experience building products with significant user traction or scale.
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer and with ML Ops.
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript and either Node or React.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product engineering teams.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend, and interact with LLMs/ML models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based integrations in Cribl's core products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• Work with fine-tuning models, prompt engineering, and inference platforms.
• Accept stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
