Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability software company, seeks an AI/ML Engineer to join the team focused on integrating Generative AI tech with Cribl’s product suite. The role involves shaping AI capabilities across the platform and partnering with engineers to deliver customer-centric surfaces.

You will prototype AI features, work across backend and frontend, productionize integrations, and stay up-to-date with AI trends. The position is remote-first with strong collaboration culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and stay focused on objectives.
• Experience contributing to products with large user bases or strong traction.
• Experience as an AI/ML Engineer with ML Ops exposure.
• Experience with Typescript/JavaScript and Node or React.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features with product teams.
• Collaborate across backend, frontend and ML models integrated into Cribl products.
• Productionize, launch and operate AI-based technology integrations.
• Stay current with latest AI technologies and trends.
• Work with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering and inference platforms.
• Occasional stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
