OneTrust, the AI-Ready Governance Platform, seeks a Staff Software Engineer in Atlanta to shape our AI governance integrations. You will design and implement Java microservices, work with Azure, and collaborate with product, security, and legal teams to deliver reliable SaaS solutions.

The role emphasizes leading code reviews, mentoring juniors, and driving architectural decisions while achieving high test coverage and robust data integration across Jira, Slack, and external AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing and operating integrations with external platforms and AI tooling.
• Hands-on with identity and access management (SSO, OAuth, SAML, OIDC) and secure credentials.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and production monitoring in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java microservices and libraries, integrating with Jira, Slack, Teams and AI tools.
• Design reusable integration patterns, API contracts, authentication, and data translation.
• Lead design discussions, review code, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Security, Legal and customers to deliver reliable AI governance integrations.
