Job summary
OneTrust is seeking a Staff Product Specialist to lead AI Governance initiatives within our Design Partner Program, partnering with enterprise AI leaders to translate governance needs into product strategy and platform capabilities.
You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executives to balance risk, transparency, and innovation, shaping the future of responsible AI at scale within a global customer base.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management, strategy, or related leadership in enterprise SaaS.
- Deep experience in AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, compliance, and data governance.
- Experience gathering requirements from enterprise customers and translating them into product investments.
Responsibilities
- Define the AI Governance vision, translate regulations into scalable product investments.
- Be the voice of the customer for strategic Design Partner customers.
- Drive Responsible AI innovation across inventories, risk management, and governance workflows.
- Influence Product & Engineering execution to prioritize investments and accelerate delivery.
- Lead the AI Governance community and advocate for customers in roadmaps and governance discussions.
- Measure business impact with metrics tied to AI governance adoption and outcomes.
