Job summary

OneTrust, the AI Governance platform leader, is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to advance Java microservices on Azure. You will shape design, architecture, and integrations across Jira, Slack, Teams, and AI tooling to power our AI Governance product.

You will collaborate with UX, PMs, and engineers, drive test coverage, and help deliver reliable, secure SaaS integrations while mentoring junior developers and guiding architectural decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong OO design, Java, Spring, SQL, REST APIs.
Experience integrating with Jira, Jira Service Management, Slack, and Teams.
Experience with AI tooling or rapidly evolving APIs.
Knowledge of authentication/identity (OAuth, SAML, OIDC) and IAM.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java microservices on Azure.
Design reusable integration patterns and API contracts.
Collaborate with UX, PMs, and other developers on architecture.
Lead code reviews and drive test coverage to standards.
Support secure SaaS and AI integrations with external platforms.
Own high-impact integration projects across teams.
