Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the AI Governance platform. You will design and deliver Java/Python microservices, and build cloud-native applications on Azure with Spring, REST, and data contracts.

You will architect reusable reporting dashboards, drive observability, and collaborate with frontend teams to craft end-to-end governance capabilities for AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and development of Java/Python microservices.
• Design, build, and test cloud-native apps on Microsoft Azure using Core Java, REST, and Spring.
• Lead architecture of reusable AIG reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead event-driven integrations using Kafka and Apache Flink.
• Integrate with AI Observability platform via APIs and data contracts.
• Own technical design for scalable, secure, reliable systems.
