Job summary
OneTrust, LLC is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect in San Francisco to lead AI Governance initiatives for Design Partner customers. You will translate customer needs into product investments, collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Legal teams, and help shape governance capabilities for enterprise AI adoption.
The role requires strong executive communication, deep AI governance expertise, and experience working with enterprise customers to drive adoption and measurable business
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management, product strategy, solutions consulting, or technical product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Significant experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Data Governance, or related domains.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers to define requirements, prioritize investments, and drive product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Define the AI Governance vision, capabilities, and roadmap priorities for AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, and AI Compliance.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand deployment challenges, governance maturity, risk concerns, and requirements.
- Drive responsible AI innovation across AI inventories, assessments, risk management, governance workflows, and policy management.
