Job summary

OneTrust seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of Java/Python microservices for its AI Governance platform. You will design cloud-native applications on Azure using Spring, and architect reusable data contracts and dashboards with strong observability.

You will drive event-driven integrations with Kafka and Flink, work on dataset contracts, metrics, and pre-aggregation, and ensure secure, compliant governance capabilities for AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and development of Java/Python microservices and shared libraries for AI Governance.
• Design cloud-native apps on Azure using Core Java REST and Spring ecosystem.
• Develop reusable semantic-layer and metric-abstraction capabilities for governance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of AIG reporting and dashboards with observability signals.
• Integrate with AI Observability and orchestrate events using Kafka and Flink.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and observable platform capabilities for AI deployments.
