Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is hiring AI Engineers at the Staff and Senior Staff levels to join our IT Business Applications team. You will lead production AI solutions across GTM, marketing, and sales platforms, building agentic workflows and secure, scalable systems.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures, own end-to-end delivery, and mentor engineers while advancing security and reliability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Staff: 5+ years of experience (or 8+ with a Master's).
• Sr. Staff: 8+ years of experience (or 6+ with a Master's, 3+ with a PhD).
• Expert-level Python; strong Go/Java/Node.js; microservices and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on with modern LLMs and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• RESTful API design, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable AI architectures and production-grade solutions.
• Build Multi-Agent Systems and agent-to-agent workflows.
• Improve observability, latency, costs, and quality of AI systems.
• Implement security guardrails and graceful degradation strategies.
• Lead features from prototype to production and mentor engineers.
