Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Experience with containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Strong knowledge of .NET, REST/SOAP, OpenID Connect/OAuth, and cloud deployments.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices supporting growth.
• Own end-to-end execution of complex initiatives with secure, maintainable solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and infra to translate requirements into designs.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, and test-driven development.
• Diagnose production issues and lead root-cause analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and pair programming.
• Leverage AI/ML to automate incident detection and remediation.
