Job summary

You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery from design through production operations.

Qualifications

• Staff: 5+ years of AI engineering experience.
• Sr. Staff: 8+ years (or 6+ with a Master's, 3+ with a PhD).
• Technical mastery in Python with Go/Java/Node.js.
• Deep experience with microservices, distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on production AI with LLMs (GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude) and GenAI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into scalable AI architectures for GTM and customer workflows.
• Lead design and delivery of production AI solutions end-to-end.
• Mentor engineers and uphold engineering standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
