Job summary

Lenovo is hiring a Staff Engineer to drive the technical design, implementation, and delivery of critical AI features across Windows and Android devices. The role focuses on building scalable, secure AI capabilities and shaping the user experiences for laptops, tablets, and cross-device ecosystems.

You will lead architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to ensure high-quality, native-like performance across devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience at a senior level or above.
• Experience building multi-platform features using shared UI/UX codebases.
• Proficiency with Android (Kotlin) or Windows (C#, WinUI, or WPF) lifecycles and UI rendering.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature architecture for cross-platform AI-enabled UI features on Windows and Android.
• Architect and ship robust, scalable capabilities leveraging the core UI framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and platform engineers to deliver production-ready features.
• Mentor mid-level and senior engineers to foster innovation and best practices.
