Job summary

Lenovo is hiring an experienced Engineer to own the AI Enterprise Engineering toolset that powers a cross-device Personal AI platform. You will administer, integrate, and support tools such as GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Actions, Cursor, Linear, and Slack to enable engineers worldwide.

You will manage user access, configure org-level settings, and drive automation across systems while partnering with security, legal, and other teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering enterprise software tools or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer the AI Enterprise Engineering toolset including GitHub Enterprise Server, GitHub Actions, and collaboration platforms.
• Onboard new hires and build training materials for the toolset.
• Own day-to-day vendor relationships across the toolset, including renewals and support escalations.
• Maintain compliance and integrate tools across the engineering organization.
