Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Head of AI Architecture Innovation to define and deliver the architecture of Lenovo's next-generation AI ecosystem. You will own the full software lifecycle for AI experiences across cross-device runtimes, with a focus on scalable, secure, and privacy-conscious delivery.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural alignment, and collaborate with Infosec and Infrastructure to remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• : 15+ years of software engineering and architecture experience delivering large-scale, production-grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture across the full software development and delivery cycle of AI experiences across cross-device runtimes, hybrid AI execution, orchestration and knowledge frameworks.
• Ensure AI features are scalable, secure, reliable, observable, and privacy-conscious across millions of devices.
• Guide integration of hybrid model execution across local devices and cloud with routing, fallback, and policy enforcement.
• Define standards for release engineering, pipelines, governance, and rollback mechanisms.
• Drive cross-team architectural alignment and pragmatic tradeoffs to keep features shippable.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Infosec teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure compliance.
• Mentor senior engineers and ICs to raise technical depth and execution focus.
• Ensure architecture is future-proof and extensible for SDKs, 3P integrations, and experimentation.
