Rippling is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for Agent Assist within Rippling AI. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, shaping AI-enabled support workflows and scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with staff-level leadership.
- Experience leading complex, multi-engineer or cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to derive product/platform changes from operational symptoms.
- Practical AI/LLM fluency with context windows, retrieval, tool use, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Own major technical initiatives for Agent Assist within Rippling AI from discovery to rollout.
- Build AI-powered workflows to help support reps answer questions faster and more accurately.
- Partner with Support, Support Ops, Product, AI Infra, and Engineering to identify pain points and turn into platform bets.
- Create rapid operating loops: observe workflows, hypothesize, ship improvements, measure outcomes, iterate weekly.
