WRITER is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to fortify enterprise AI platforms. You will integrate security into every stage of development, from threat modeling to automated controls, protecting data pipelines, model training environments, and customer-facing agents.

You’ll work with engineering teams to enable secure by design, while scaling security across the platform. The role focuses on securing AI agents, training data, and leveraging DevSecOps to keep velocity without compromising

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in application security engineering for large-scale systems.
• Experience translating security risks into actionable guidance for engineers.
• Ability to review code across Python/Java/Go/JS/TS and understand business logic.

Responsibilities

• Embed security into AI platform architecture from day one.
• Lead SAST/DAST in CI/CD and security code reviews.
• Build reusable security patterns and libraries for secure by-default development.
