Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Ad Formats & Experience team within Ads Monetization. You will own a portfolio of core, lower-funnel formats and browser/post-click optimizations, collaborating with engineering, UX, data science, and product marketing to shape roadmaps and deliver outcomes for advertisers and users.

You will also partner with Consumer Product teams to explore new collaboration opportunities and evolutions of formats across changing consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in ads monetization.
• Experience shipping products or features from inception to launch.
• Experience launching ad formats, browser or optimization improvements.
• Strong ability to build product roadmaps and define specs for cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience using quantitative analysis and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and execution for lower funnel ad formats and browser/post-click optimizations.
• Collaborate with Ads PMs to understand dependencies and prioritize work.
• Partner with UX design and research to develop Reddit-unique ad experiences and launch them.
• Coordinate with product marketing and sales for GTM strategy and product launches.
• Support ongoing improvements to existing ad formats to optimize user experiences and advertiser outcomes.
