Crosstown Capital Partners in Columbus, Indiana is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting functions across its group of operating companies. This role involves processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining job-cost data, and assisting with monthly close and audits.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or project-oriented environment. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or project-based business.
• Solid understanding of debits, credits, reconciliations, and the monthly close cycle.
• Progress toward CPA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and receivable including vendor invoices and customer billings.
• Enter and maintain job-cost data across active production projects.
• Prepare workpapers for financial statement audits.
