Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staff Accountant for an on-site, temp-to-hire assignment in the Oklahoma City area. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, month-end close, and support through audits as workload increases.

You will match AP to POs, perform AR/AP reconciliations, manage weekly payment runs, and generate reports from Great Plains. Strong Excel skills and clear communication with finance leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Strong communication with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Match AP invoices to POs/receiving and resolve discrepancies with warehouse/project managers.
• Perform AR/AP account reconciliations.
• Manage weekly payment runs, recurring bills, ACH templates/payees, checks, Positive Pay and wire documentation.
• Perform bank/cash and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide month-end close support, journal entries, and recurring accruals and allocations.
• Generate reports and pull data from Great Plains.
• Support audit-related reporting and documentation.
