Financial Additions has partnered with a growing company in their search for a Staff Accountant. This position will support intracompany transactions, rebate processing, and B2B revenue accounting.

This is a remote role requiring strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with complex reconciliations. They would like someone in the Central Standard time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intracompany accounting and eliminations
• Oversee rebate calculations, accruals, and reporting
• Record B2B revenue and reconcile AR balances
• Prepare monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support monthly close, audit prep, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of GL accounting experience
• Experience with multi-entity organizations and intracompany transactions preferred
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus
