Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 3–5 years accounting/finance experience desirable
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and integrity
• Proficient with accounting systems and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile quarterly financial statements
• Maintain detailed accounting schedules and audit documentation
• Record and track investments
• Reconcile accounts and ensure general ledger accuracy
• Work with auditors, trustees, borrowers, and internal staff
• Prepare Treasurer's Reports and other financial reports
• Review financial data for accuracy and completeness
• Support the accounting team through cross-training and collaboration
