Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Oregon is seeking a Staff Accountant to support manufacturing accounting and financial operations. The role focuses on accurate general ledger activity, cost accounting, inventory analysis, and timely financial reporting within a manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with operations and leadership to provide reliable financial data, maintain internal controls, and assist with audits and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and close/reconciliation processes.
• Experience with AP/AR and fixed asset accounting.
• Analytical skills for inventory and cost-related analysis.

• Ability to support internal controls, audits, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Record general ledger entries and support reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
