TLNT is seeking a Staff Accountant to own core pieces of the monthly close, inventory and cost accounting, and the controls behind them. You will report to the Controller and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and FP&A in a lean finance team where your work is visible and your ideas shape the business.

Strong US GAAP fundamentals and hands-on experience with closing books and accounting for inventory are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting or in-house.
• Hands-on inventory and cost accounting experience.
• Proven US GAAP knowledge including inventory and accruals.
• Experience with full month-end close and audit support.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Month-end close: journal entries, accruals, prepaids, balance sheet reconciliations.
• Inventory accounting across warehouses and 3PLs with cycle counts and reserves.
• Cost accounting: standard costing and COGS variance analysis.
• Omnichannel revenue reconciliation for DTC, Amazon, and retail.
• Prepare schedules for annual audit and tax filings.
• Document and strengthen internal controls around close processes.
• Support ERP improvements and ad hoc projects with Controller.
