Attic Projects is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in our San Diego office. You will ensure accurate records, process payroll, manage GL entries, and prepare reports to support audits and financial health.

The role emphasizes payroll exposure, general ledger management, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and operations. On-site schedule Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and payroll systems.
• Understanding of AP/AR, GL, and financial statements.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsabilités

• Maintain general ledger entries and ensure accuracy.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reports.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and audits.
• Support tax filings and compliance with policies.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage multiple accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and vendor contracts.
