Dexterity, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the Finance team in Redwood City, CA.

This role focuses on accounts payable, payroll administration, GL reconciliations, and month-end close, collaborating with Finance, People, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Netsuite and ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience including accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end close.
• Payroll experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Month-End Close: close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, variance investigation, monthly statements prep.
• Accounts Payable: code/process invoices, 3-way matching, vendor file maintenance, 1099 reporting.
• Payroll Administration: process biweekly payroll in ADP, review timesheets and deductions, payroll tax compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, People Ops, and other teams to ensure payroll and data accuracy.
