Job summary

Ltd Global is seeking a Junior Accountant to help ensure the financial integrity of our general ledger and support timely month-end and year-end closes. This hands-on, on-site role reconciles accounts and owns the payroll function and related reporting.

You will collaborate with HR on payroll, maintain GL integrity with the development database, and assist with audits, budgeting, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations and journal entries
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure integrity with the development database
• Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and providing reporting
• Document and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• Process bi-weekly payroll and related reporting with HR coordination
• Prepare bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
• Support budget preparation and special projects as assigned
