Job summary

Park Aerospace is seeking a Staff Accountant to provide general accounting support within the Accounting Department. This role includes payroll oversight (with guidance from the Assistant Controller) and support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, with meticulous maintaining of accounting documents.

Key duties include reconciliations of general ledger accounts, month-end close assistance, and preparation of monthly management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years' experience in general accounting is required.
• General accounting skills including AR, AP, GL and payroll; knowledge of UKG Kronos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general accounting support for the Accounting Department.
• Maintain payroll function with oversight from Assistant Controller.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and maintain accounting documents.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end close.
• Assist with external and internal audits.
