Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• Knowledge of SCA wage determinations and fringe benefit tracking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end, multi-state payroll and ensure SCA wage and fringe benefit compliance.
• Align labor distributions with Unanet timekeeping reports and reconcile payroll to the GL.
• Perform monthly/quarterly payroll tax reconciliations (Forms 940/941, state/local filings, W‑2s).
• Review time sheets to charge labor to direct/indirect/overhead per contract and DCAA guidelines.
• Maintain audit-ready records for DCAA and DOL reviews.
