Job summary

Blueshift Materials Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial reporting, manufacturing accounting, accounts payable, and payroll within a fast-growing manufacturing company.

You will play a key role in the monthly close, prepare reconciliations, and support continuous improvement across the accounting function, with a defined path toward a Senior Accountant as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2-5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage X3 preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting: post routine journal entries and perform reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices and maintain records.
• Payroll & HR Support: biweekly payroll processing and ADP records.
• Financial Support & Continuous Improvement: assist budgeting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements.
