Job summary

Edward Mann is seeking a Staff Accountant with Suite Billing exposure to join our fast-growing finance team in Ashburn, VA. You’ll strengthen financial operations, support a NetSuite implementation, and help scale the systems and processes that will drive our next growth phase.

Working closely with the Controller and cross‑functional partners, you’ll improve ERP processes, perform monthly closes, reconciliations, and reporting, and assist with audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with NetSuite Suite Billing is ideal.
• Solid understanding of month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist accounts receivable, deferred revenue, and subscription billing operations.
• Maintain accurate customer contracts, billing schedules, and related records.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to streamline workflows.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support NetSuite implementation, testing, UAT, and end-user training.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and scale finance operations.
