CV Resources, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing organization and support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvements. The role offers opportunities to impact financial operations, scale processes, and uphold accuracy and accountability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close experience, and will collaborate with the VP of Finance and executives to support growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with NetSuite is REQUIRED.
• Experience with Bill.com preferred.
• U.S. GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing/consumer tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including AP, AR, collections, and accurate recording of transactions per U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare monthly bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Ensure sales and use tax compliance and timely filing of returns.
• Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning with VP of Finance.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with payroll processing and cash flow monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data.
