Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and expense processing for multiple locations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare correcting entries.
• Communicate financial information, variances, and analyses to management and cross-functional teams.
• Process and reconcile accounting transactions, including expense allocations and intercompany charges.
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with management to address accounting questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
