Job summary

Location Services in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Staff Accountant to support month-end close, balance sheets, and GAAP-based reporting under the Controller. You will prepare journal entries and assist with audits.

Responsibilities include fixed assets, reconciliations, cash reporting, intercompany eliminations, and general ledger analysis for multiple business units. Requires a BS in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years in staff accounting; Sage Intacct experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3+ years as Staff Accountant.
• 3+ years with journal entries & month end close.
• Sage Intacct experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Carry out month end close and prepare journal entries.
• Analyze revenue and gross margin by client and service type.
• Prepare cash reports and bank uploads.
• Support audits and internal controls in GAAP.
