Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and multi-location processing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Prepare correcting entries and adjust journal entries as needed.
• Process and reconcile accounting transactions including intercompany charges.
• Maintain subsidiary ledgers and ensure accurate intercompany eliminations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Support audits with documentation and responses to inquiries.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
