Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years accounting experience.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and expense processing across multiple locations.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile accounting transactions, including expense allocations and intercompany charges.
Maintain and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Collaborate with management to address accounting questions and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
