Job summary

OSMS - Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Staff Accountant to strengthen our financial operations. You will support general ledger activity, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with month-end closes.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 2–5 years of experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-entity environments. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive 401K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of related experience required.
• Experience in healthcare, professional services, or multi-entity accounting environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end/year-end close processes.
• Support financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance across entities.
