The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the organization's financial operations through accurate accounting, reporting, analysis, and reconciliation activities. This position performs general ledger accounting, prepares journal entries and account reconciliations, assists with month-end and year-end close processes, and supports financial reporting. The Staff Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial information across multiple entities and ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

• This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of related experience required.
• Experience in healthcare, professional services, or multi-entity accounting environments preferred.
