Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; internships count.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to clean, accurate work.
• Curious, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growing environment.
• A desire to grow with purpose and build a career in finance.
• Comfortable in Excel and eager to learn new accounting systems.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Ramp is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries across multiple entities.
• Complete month-end and year-end close tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Reconcile bank accounts for each entity.
• Prepare and maintain accruals and prepaids.
• Review A/P and A/R and reconcile them to the general ledger.
• Maintain fixed asset records by entity.
• Help improve and standardize accounting processes as new locations join the network.
• Support other finance and accounting projects as needed.
