Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with teammates and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, general ledgers, and supporting docs.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Support with audits and financial statement prep.
• Identify issues and develop practical solutions.
