Job summary

Randstad USA in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to join our corporate team on-site. The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 per year plus discretionary bonus and full benefits, with standard hours 9 AM–6 PM.

The successful candidate will perform month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, AP cycles, ERP implementation support, and audit-ready reporting for multiple entities within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• 2-6 years of progressive corporate accounting experience with working knowledge of accrual accounting, general ledger, AP, and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & GL Stewardship: prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, reclassifications, reconciliations and schedules.
• Reconciliations & Cash Flow: maintain bank, credit card and cash reconciliations; investigate variances.
• Multi-Entity & Intercompany: record, reconcile and monitor intercompany transactions across entities.
• Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: manage invoice coding, approvals, payments, vendor records and discrepancies.
• Implementation & System Optimization: assist with ERP transition, testing, data validation and workflow docs.
• Audit & Reporting Support: compile schedules for financial statements, management reviews and audits.
