Qualifications

• 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience (co-op or internship included).
• Functional understanding of accounting principles.
• BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Preferred: 1-3 years in manufacturing; knowledge of month-end close, tax processes, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Controller with monthly closing, standard journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform inter-company tie outs and auditing of shipping/receiving for proper cut-off.
• Maintain fixed assets and conduct annual fixed asset audit.
• Prepare annual corporate tax package, sales/use tax, and support for R&D tax credits.
• Leverage BI tools to improve daily/weekly/monthly reporting automation.
