Crane Pumps & Systems is seeking an entry- to mid-level Accountant to support the Site Controller with monthly close, reconciliations, fixed assets, and tax packages at our US facility in Ohio. You will leverage Hyperion and Concur for reporting and travel/purchasing card programs, and help ensure SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in accounting or finance, 0–2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external

Competenze

• BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years accounting/finance experience; internship/co-op acceptable.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Functional understanding of accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Perform monthly close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed assets and conduct annual audits.
• Prepare tax packages (corporate, sales/use, and R&D credit).
• Support SOX controls and internal control monitoring.
• Develop standard costing and assist physical inventory audit.
• Leverage BI tools to automate reporting.
