0-3 years accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Strong understanding and working knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced experience using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

Responsabilités

Perform general accounting duties, including analyzing, researching, and preparing financial information and reports to meet daily and monthly deadlines.
Reconcile and update inventory volumes daily and resolve discrepancies.
Generate customer invoices and supporting documentation.
Settle all third‑party transactions per contractual terms.
Liaise with counterparties to resolve discrepancies with thorough explanations.
Reconcile and close inventory at month end.
Develop solutions to improve financial and operational processes for inventory functions, policies and procedures.
Carry out ad hoc reports/assignments as needed.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external counterparties.
Assist in developing department plans, goals, and deadlines.
