Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• RightAngle accounting software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review exception reports and work the exceptions.
• Process credit card pass-through transactions daily.
• Process draft notices to collect payments daily.
• Ensure cash is applied timely and accurately.
• Resolve billing issues proactively and document notes for disputed invoices.
• Maintain communication with other departments to drive improvements.
• Document billing discrepancies and recurring issues.
• Provide general clerical and accounting support to the department.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Review AR aging weekly to ensure customers are current.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines per the calendar.
