Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 0–3 years of experience and a solid understanding of GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 0–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP solutions a plus.
• Immensely detail-oriented and organized with analytical, problem-solving, and deadline-driven focus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a professional service orientation.
• Curiosity about AI tools and applying them to accounting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close for inventory, AR, revenue, COGS, and gross margin.
• Prepare and record recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Analyze standard costs, overhead absorption, and PPV.
• Coordinate with Operations on cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and review sales orders.
