Instylla, Inc. in Bedford, MA is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Accounting and Finance team. You will support month-end close and handle accounts payable, payroll, and various general ledger activities.

You will work cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and quality teams, prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, assist with audits and tax filings, and help optimize financial processes in a growing medical device company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, including reconciliations and financial statement packages.
• Prepare and record monthly journal entries (allocations, prepaids, accruals, and reclassifications).
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare treasury-related general journal entries.
• Assist in lease accounting and fixed asset schedules, including depreciation.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and related transactions; maintain vendor master records.
• Prepare all company payroll runs within BambooHR.
• Review employee expense reports within SAP Concur.
• Support annual audit and tax filings with records and schedules for auditors.
