Job summary

Novogradac is hiring Staff Accountant Interns to explore our firm for summer 2027 (Mid-May 2027 through the middle of August 2027). The program exposes future leaders of public accounting to partners and our business, with hands-on audit, tax preparation and research assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
• GPA of 3.20 or higher
• Completion of at least one Intermediate Accounting course; CPA exam readiness recommended

Responsibilities

• Complete tax and/or audit engagements for designated clients as directed by Supervisor or Manager
• Identify and communicate potential problem areas during engagements
• Conduct business-specific research – gather and analyze data, interpret results, compile reports and make recommendations to principals and partners
• Develop effective client relationships through professionalism and follow-through
• Other duties and projects as assigned
