Novogradac & Company LLP is hiring Staff Accountant Interns for busy season 2027, providing hands-on experience in audit and tax preparation. Interns will work closely with supervisors to complete designated engagements and foster professional relationships.

The ideal candidate is pursuing an accounting or finance degree, has a minimum GPA of 3.20, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits include competitive pay at $27 per hour and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance.
• GPA of 3.20 or higher.
• Preferred completion of at least one Intermediate Accounting course.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax and/or audit engagements for designated clients.
• Identify and communicate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct business‑specific research, analyze data, and compile reports.
