Job summary

Novogradac is hiring Staff Accountant Interns for the busy season of 2026 (January 2026 through March 2026). The program exposes interns to audit, tax preparation, and research within a national CPA firm, with hands-on assignments and real-life business experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; degree obtained is a plus.
• GPA 3.20 or higher.
• Prefer completion of at least one Intermediate Accounting course and CPA exam readiness.
• Basic understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Strong communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax and/or audit engagements for designated clients as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
• Identify and communicate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct business-specific research, gather and analyze data, interpret results, and prepare reports for principals and partners.
• Develop effective client relationships through professionalism and follow-through.
